The Paphos mosaics were discovered in 1962 when a local farmer accidently dug one up. The mosaics belong to the houses of Dionysos, Theseus, Aion and Orpheus and depict intricate mythological scenes. The mosaics are part of a larger archaeological site which consists of discoveries such as the Odeon, the Agora, and the forty columns.
