Visit the old town of Paphos and wander around the stalls at the Old Town market. The shaded markets will give you that much needed break from the sun, shop great merchandise from a character and culture filled centre. The market is located on the top of the hill, and there are many quaint coffee shops and restaurants facing fabulous views of the lower town and sea views.
